On behalf of the Whitetop Nation, we would like to thank you for your patience while the Nation trained our new application processing personnel. We have updated the tribal application for enrollment, the tribal ID application, and the old versions have been removed. In case one finds an old version, the new versions are dated 2-2024 and will be the only accepted versions for tribal applications.

Applications with supporting documents for tribal enrollment can be sent via email or physical mailing to the addresses on the application. The maximum email size that can be received to the tribal account is 10 MB. If your documents exceed this size, please send multiple emails indicating in the subject line what number the email is.

The Whitetop Nation recognize all individuals descending from Case #417 of the Eastern Cherokee Applications (rejected) and all individuals descending from direct Sizemore lineage from William Ephraim & Winifred (Green) Sizemore. Also, all individuals were included in the 1896 (overturned) Cherokee applications because of the U.S. Congressional Curtis Act. If you have questions regarding what qualifies as acceptable documents for proof of lineage, please email us at your earliest convenience.

Payment can be made via secure PayPal by clicking the payment button below or via check/money order for those mailing physical copies.

Completed applications will be added to the processing queue in the order they are received and once payment is verified. Applicants will receive an email from the applications@whitetopnation.org address for all official communications regarding applications and may include receipt of the email or packet, any discrepancies or additional data requested, as well as the final result of the application. Accepted packages will be sent via mail to approved individuals.
